This is probably the most important part of your Internet web site design planning. You have established the purpose of your web site, now you fine tune that focus into visitor action. It is recommended that you have a back-up MWR to try and 'catch' those visitors who resist your primary MWR.
Some example of Most Wanted Responses from visitors :
Purchase a product or service including credit card payment.
Pick up a phone and contact you, your sales office or call centre.
Fill in and submit an online "please contact me" form.
Subscribe to your newsletter so that you can email them in future.
Just look around! Not good enough. You need visitors to take action.
Not all visitors will do what you want. Have a back-up response for those who resist your MWR. Something that will give you the ability (and permission) to contact them again in the future.
If your most wanted response to your Internet web site design is not clear to you, it is highly unlikely to be clear to your visitor.
